Yoga inversions are various poses, in which your heart and hips are above your head.
They may sound intimidating, but don’t worry — yoga inversions start simple and increase in difficulty over time. In the most basic sense, yoga inversions can be as simple as a forward bend and progress to include handstands.
The goal of yoga inversion is to improve your flexibility, circulation, energy, and even self-esteem.
Join Debbie Leopard February 24th for an introduction to inversions.
The goal of this class is not to necessarily stand on your head. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are.
This class is in-person only. While it’s FREE, registration is required because it will fill quickly. If you register but then can’t attend, PLEASE cancel your registration so a waitlisted person can join the class.
You may enter any amount in the Optional Tip/Donation box to tip your instructor, or enter “0” in the box or click the “pay later” box to attend for free or to bring a cash tip.
