The practice of sound bathing is literally allowing healing sounds and vibrations to surround, envelope, and wash over you, cleansing away negative energies from your energetic body.

This class will encourage the releasing of stress, often held as muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, by using postures that are comforting to the body and quieting for the mind, visualization, meditation, and breathing techniques which balance the nervous system.

Props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, are utilized throughout this class to position your body comfortably in poses that will slowly and gently stretch muscles, releasing built-up tension and restoring a sense of balance. Great for promoting healthy sleep.

For those who are challenged by getting into or up out of the floor, this class utilizes a chair and the wall to modify poses to make them accessible. Some seated poses, some standing near the chair or wall, using it for balance or leverage. Build strength, reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance.

An athletic class for experienced yogis and beginners who relish a challenge; focus is on strength building and balance postures, in addition to stretching.
