Private Session (Yoga &/or Meditation)

This is a session for us to work one-on-one through a custom class designed just for you. It may include any combination of yoga asana (postures), breath work, mantra, mudras, visualization, yoga nidra and meditation, according to your needs and interests. It can be anything from a very gentle or restorative practice to a very energetic or athletic practice depending upon your current goals and needs.

If I haven't worked with you before, or if it's been a while, please book a Free Consultation with me first so I can assess your current goals, needs and abilities. This will allow me to bring together the practices that will serve you best at this point in time. The practice can evolve as we go forward and your needs or goals change.
